Rates per night
2024 rates are Hillside Room ($114.00) or Ocean View room ($144.00). Reservations must be made before February 1, 2024 in order to get the conference rate and attendees must identify as participants in the W2W conference. Conference rate and pet rooms are limited.
Service Opportunities & Hospitality
Want to be of service? Indicate on your registration form that you’d like to be part of the onsite team. Service positions include leading a meeting, helping at the registration table or working in the hospitality room. Our hospitality room features healthy snacks and goodies throughout the conference. Consult the onsite program for exact hours of operation.
Table reservations for the Saturday evening banquet (parties of eight) will also be taken in the hospitality room. Seating is not reserved Sunday morning.

Conference Registration
Onsite conference is $145.00 and includes coffee, all meetings and workshops, Saturday night buffet, Sunday morning brunch, and commemorative items. Our hospitality room features healthy snacks and goodies. You must be registered to attend any function. Registration does NOT include accommodations. ZOOM only registration is $25.
Scholarships are $72.50, half the total onsite registration. See https://oregonw2w.com/service-scholarships/ for additional information.
Conference Events
The weekend begins with the Thursday night speaker meeting and continues with discussion meetings, workshops and other speakers until Sunday around noon. Check out the complete program for more information.
