Lead a Meeting
Chair a discussion meeting during the conference.
Registration Desk
Welcome attendees, provide name badges, direct attendees to their complimentary cup, pen, and program, and help direct them to apparel pickup and raffle information.
Apparel
Help attendees locate and pick up their pre-ordered apparel.
Raffle
Help organize raffle items and support raffle ticket sales.
Hospitality Donations
Help keep refreshments stocked during your shift and answer attendee questions. Baked goods are welcome in the hospitality room; gluten-free options are appreciated.

Scholarships
A limited number of half-scholarships are available to help women attend the conference. For information about scholarships, email oregonw2w.scholarship@gmail.com.
Internal confirmation needed before publishing: current information provided is that 20 half-scholarships are offered. Application procedures, eligibility details, and any service requirements should be confirmed by the Registration Chair/Treasurer before adding them to the website.
