The Oregon Coast Woman to Woman Conference, held in Newport, Oregon, seeks to unite alcoholic women in recovery who are working the steps and are dedicated to the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. We aim to provide an environment that is conducive to relaxation and peace as we meet and share the AA program of recovery with other alcoholic women. Registration & Accommodations

Registration for the conference is $100 ($110 onsite) and includes coffee, all meetings and workshops, Saturday night buffet, Sunday morning brunch, and commemorative items including a coffee cup. You must be registered to attend any functions. Registration does NOT include accommodations. Please consult the Contact/Hotel page for Best Western conference rates and contact information.

Please call Best Western Agate Beach Inn directly, at 541-265-9411, to reserve special rooms, such as pet friendly rooms, or to reserve dates that are before or after your groups’ event dates, as they may be available, but not included in the online allocation.

Service Opportunities and Hospitality

Want to be of service? Indicate on your registration form that you’d like to be part of the onsite team. Service positions include leading a meeting, helping at the registration table or working in the hospitality room. Our hospitality room features healthy snacks and goodies throughout the conference. Consult the onsite program for exact hours of operation.

Table reservations for the Saturday evening banquet (parties of eight) will also be taken in the hospitality room. Seating is not reserved Sunday morning.

Conference Events

The weekend begins with the Thursday night speaker meeting and continues with discussion meetings, workshops and other speakers until Sunday around noon. Check out the complete program for more information.

Conference Apparel

Conference Apparel can be ordered with your pre-registration. This year we are offering a long sleeve 100% cotton maroon T-shirt with a scoop neck, a sun and moon multi-color design with the words “One Day at a Time”. Payment ($22.00 for all sizes small to XXXL) must be included with your registration. We need to receive all orders and payment by February 1st.
