Service Opportunities
Woman to Woman is organized and staffed by women who volunteer their time and talents to ensure the conference runs smoothly and provides a great experience for women in recovery. To volunteer for a service position, indicate your preference on your registration form and you will be contacted by a committee member. To become part of the committee, contact a committee member onsite and make arrangements to attend this year’s wrap-up meeting and join next year’s fun!
Lead a Meeting
Participants can chair one of the many discussion meetings held throughout the conference. These concurrent meetings focus on topics related to the conference theme and are run like a traditional AA meeting. Chairs are asked to keep their introductions short to allow the maximum opportunity for participants to share. To chair a meeting, indicate that desire on your registration form as well as your complete contact information and a committee member will contact you.
Hospitality
The hospitality room offers a relaxing place to enjoy some light snacks and converse with other sober women throughout the conference. Volunteers help prepare and replenish the coffee and snacks as well as give directions to the meetings and other areas around the hotel.
Registration Desk
Work with committee members to welcome registrants, hand out name tags, cups, apparel, and provide directions to meetings and other important areas in the conference center.
Scholarships
We have a limited number of half scholarships available, in exchange for two (2) hours of service. Scholarships are $72.50, half the total onsite registration cost. This does not include transportation or accommodations. Scholarships are limited to women who have not had a scholarship in the past three years. Scholarships must be confirmed with the Scholarship Chair prior to registration.

To make a donation to the scholarship fund, please do so with your registration or when the basket is passed during the conference.
